I think John Williams is one of the two or three greatest classical guitarists in the world today. Here’s his performance of a short piece by Scarlatti.

John Williams’ website is here.

  1. Thanks for posting this; it cheered me up as I dug through the morning’s e-mails. I played this piece on harpsichord a long time ago and had not thought of it for too long; indeed, it has been years since I have played any Scarlatti. Also, my wife is a John Williams fan.
